I just put in a new cartridge (HP 63) but no matter how many times I run a cleaning, magenta doesn’t show up. I can see yellow and blue on the cartridge but no other colors. I’ve never had this issue and I can’t return it. Help!

I understand the printer is not printing in Magenta with a new ink cartridge. To assist you better, did you try using an alternate color ink cartridge and check if that works fine?
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Clean the color ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
