Product: HP Deskjet 2541 All-in-One Printer

Hello! I have a Deskjet 2541 that I bought many years ago. I set it up in the hp app and it says that I have ink. When printing, nothing shows up. When scanning and printing, nothing shows up but the paper runs through. I tried the align setup in settings but it could not be completed. Assuming maybe that is where the issue is? Cause there is ink in there but not getting to the paper.

HP Recommended

It's the ink inside ink cartridges dried out of old age. The app knows that there is ink, but it doesn't know it dried. Replace ink cartridges with new fresh ones.
