Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have not been using my printer for a while, and now the printed page is white, even though the black ink cartridge is still more than half full. I tried to clean it with alcohol but the pages are still white. What can I do to get that ink out?

HP Recommended

You will hardly get 100% full print back. You can soak in hot water for some time that might help, if not new cartridges is a fix.
