Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

OK why is there no shipping reference against deliveries I have been promised urgently due to faulty ink cartridge. 

I was promised on all occasions 3 to 4 working days. 

This was Wednesday 11 September, the 12 September and 13 September.  No delivery tracking information on any of them.

 

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE DELIVERY OF CARTRIDGES.  

 

YOUR LOGISTICS AND STORAGE FACILITIES ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. YOU SHOULD BE USING AMAZON AS I CAN GET A DELIVERY FROM GERMANY TO SPAIN IN 24 HOURS.
