I have non-HP color cartridges from the Ink Station; my printer is now saying that the Magenta one I have just replaced is blocked. I have already inserted two other ink cartridges from the Ink Station without any issues - why is my Color Laser Het Pro MFP M283fdw printer now blocking the magenta one? Still have two black ones from the Ink Station to use when required - should I return them? Look forward to your help in resolving thisissue - thank uyou.

I'd like to help!
You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.
There are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why its not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
