The printer shows  a massage  that the printer is not designed to use continuous ink system, but I put tha all 3 colors at the same time, they are all original and from the same suppliers with the same details. 

The printer is HP pro 9730. The problem is in the blue color, ink is 937 type 4S6W2NE.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 60 seconds and connect the power cord back in.
  5. Turn on the printer.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Hi,

Thanks for the explanation but it still the same. Not working. Maybe there is so.e problem with the ink cartridge, despite the fact that it is original and new. What is my next step? I cant print
