Product: Hp Colorjet Pro M255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

I just bought the printer yesterday and I was trying to print labels onto glossy paper  but whenever I tried to, it only printed in a light a dark blue color with what seems like a shadow effect. Does anyone know how to fix or let me if I had missed something when I started the set up.
