Offficejet 6812 is not printing color

So it was printing color one day, they stopped the next. so I troubleshooted every method possible for a couple of days then caved and got new ink (even though the last ones were not empty) and it still is not working. The print quality diagnostic wont print ANY color, just black and white. I have cleaned everything can can be cleaned and everything is updated. I am so confused. 

I have used 40% of my black in troubleshooting and this is just starting to get ridiculous and expensive.
