My printer stopped printing magenta.  I printed the Print Quality Diagnostic sheet and both magenta and light magenta are blank.  I have run the printer option to clean the cartridges multiple times with no change.

 

I belong to HP Smart and I need a new cartridge delivered ASAP.

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

If yes, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
