Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have had an error on a couple of my cartridges that they might be damaged so I bought all new HP 950 and 951 cartridges to be sure they were legit HP products since other non-HP sometimes have trouble. The printer is telling me that ALL 4 new cartridges may be damaged (which is very hard to believe), but it simply will not move on. I have tried reinstalling the cartridges, wiping the contacts a little bit, but it still says they are damaged. My printer JUST went out of warranty and has worked flawlessly for several years. Can't figure out why all of a sudden it won't recognize all 4 new cartridges. Any help?
