I have a Officejet Pro 8625 When printing red, sometimes it comes out orange. I replaced the ink cartridges and cleaned the print head. Any suggestions?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Try updating Firmware

 

Print a print quality report.

On the printer control panel, touch Setup.

Touch Print Reports.

Touch Print Quality Report.

 

Evaluate test pattern 2 on the Print Quality Report by clicking this link

 

You may also refer to this document for further assistance. 

 

If none of the above steps fix the issue, then this could be hardware.
