Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to install several types of cartridges that I have available:

Since the last firmware upgrade, that I didn't even authorize, I get the following results:

1. While installing original HP cartridges that I have in stock, that are past their due date, are not accepted. It simply asks to replace them.

2. Trying to install non-HP cartridges, leads to the same result - the machine asks to replace them.

And since when does ink have an expiration date? On Samsung, Epson or Brother - THEY DON'T!!!

This is so frustrating. At first I thought I had a hardware problem, So I tried to buy a new printer, but no printers are available in my country!!! So I went out to buy a new printhead that cost me plenty (about $190), which has the very same problems repeating, so obviously it's not a hardware problem.

Upon checking further, I've found, to my utter dismay, that HP blocks the use of such cartridges!!! And that is done contrary to the law and many court rulings, in many countries.

Please advise how do I revert back the previous firmware, or otherwise  allow these cartridges to operate?

I will not tolerate such abuse of power. I do have a very strong feeling this will be my last HP printer. EVER!!!
