Impressora acusa "falha da impressora - há um problema na impressora ou no sistema de tinta". Isto ocorreu após a troca do cartucho 951XL ciano (original HP). Ao recolocar o cartucho antigo o problema desaparece. Já liguei e desliguei, desconectei o cabo de força, fiz a limpeza dos contatos dos cartuchos, etc, etc, etc. mas nada resolve. A mensagem diz ainda que "Se o problema persistir, fale com a HP", mas não consigo falar com ninguém. Alguém tem alguma sugestão para resolver o problema ou um telefone, e-mail, zap, fumaça, bumbo, para comunicação direta com a HP?
