Officejet pro 9015e Can original ink cartridge be refilled?

Hello,

I read the following for this printer (OfficeJet 9015e).  I'm considering to purchase.  But is this true??

Original HP cartridges that retain the original HP chip or electronic circuitry enable the refilling, reuse, or remanufacturing of the cartridge and are unaffected by dynamic security.

And does anyone know by chance if my current OfficeJet Pro 6978 ink cartridges also can be refilled??

If true for either,  how is the refilling done?

The chip, you need to get the right chip

I read this for the 9015e.   Can someone say if you can actually put more ink (or refill) inside an original HP cartridge (original comes with correct chip because it's original HP).  Is this true?

And how do you do get ink into the cartridge?           Thank you!
