My printer says, "You are using older generation cartridges. Please use genuine 902 or 902XL," which I am. I've looked all over on how to downgrade the firmware since that is what seems to be the issue. Does anyone know how to downgrade the 6968 printer?

If this is a genuine HP ink cartridge, I would need some information related to the ink cartridges and the printer which cannot be shared on a public post for security reasons.
