bought hp 8715. Bought the two-pack black ink. The first one served well and recently the second one is not working with "older generation error". I've found some answers about firmware updates. How do I solve?

I see that you are getting older generation cartridge error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer.
