Hello, i'm very upset because i used to buy cartridge and keep one in advance..

 

The actual went empty so i open a new one but receive "old generation cartridge" and nothing would print, neither in color...

 

This is an Original Cartridge from HP, i have verified the hp hologram sticker, the number of this pack is (25209849238 cf picture)

 

This is the correct number of package so i can t understand that i cannot use it More than that it represent more than 40 euros in the garbage !!

Hello i had report the problem to the seller and i had return the error cartridge.. I receive a cash back so all is ok now..

 

I hope you will have the same issue (the seller was A....)..
