HP ENVY PHOTO 7130 WITH INSTANT INK SERVICE. PROBLEMS WITH PRINTINGS WHICH ARE NOT COMPLETE. THE CARTRIDGES SEEM TO BE OK. ANY IDEA OF WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Does the copy print out the same way?
- Did you make any changes to your printer?

I only print from a laptop and making some tests I realized that the problem must be the black cartridge. In fact I printed an excel table which was partly black and partly colored and the uncomplete print is the black one.
Any solution?
