Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  • What's the application you are trying to print from? 
  • Does the copy print out the same way? 
  • Did you make any changes to your printer?

I only print from a laptop and making some tests I realized that the problem must be the black cartridge. In fact I printed an excel table which was partly black and partly colored and the uncomplete print is the black one.

Any solution?
