Hi @Sheri74,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When your HP printer is producing pages with a green tint, even though the cartridges are new and full, it typically indicates an issue with the color balance or a problem with one or more of the ink cartridges. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings on your computer are set to print in color and not using any special color modes that might cause a green tint.

Print a Test Page: Use your printer's built-in function to print a test or diagnostic page. This can help you identify if the problem is with the printer itself or with the document you're trying to print.

Check Ink Cartridges: Even though the cartridges are new, there could still be issues. Make sure the cartridges are correctly installed and seated properly in their slots. Also, check if there's protective tape that hasn't been removed from the cartridge nozzles.

Clean the Print Heads: A clogged print head can affect print quality. Use your printer's maintenance options to run a print head cleaning cycle. This process can help clear any blockages and improve print quality.

Align the Print Heads: Misaligned print heads can cause color issues. Use your printer's maintenance options to run a print head alignment.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges: If you're not using genuine HP ink cartridges, consider switching to them. Non-genuine cartridges can sometimes cause quality issues, including incorrect colors.

Update Printer Firmware: Check the Hp website for any firmware updates for your printer model. Updating the firmware can resolve issues that might be causing the green tint.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
