Using HP Advanced photo paper 10x15cm all my prints are absolutely useless. Only part of the photograph is printed.
Sometimes three quarters and sometimes only half of the photo is printed, there is always a blank portion at the right hand side of the prints.
I have hard reset the printer downloaded the latest update.
Cleaned the print heads.
I really am at a loss to know what do next.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details. In the forum beside your handle name, just click on the envelope to view it. Thank you.
Thanks Gemini02,
I have purchased a printer/scanner from another company. The HP C4480 is destined for the local dump.
Please consider the matter closed.
However, I thank you for your input in this matter.
Best wishes.

Thanks very much for the link, unfortunately, it takes me to a Blank page, with the annotation, "This page cannot be displayed".
And I'm attempting to print from windows photo gallery, which is not the problem as everything else prints fine from there.

Thanks for getting back to me @Lenno.
I tried the link also and it didn't work. I have provided that link again to try: HP Photosmart C4400 All-in-One Printer Series, and C4550, C4580, C4585, and C4599 All-in-One Printer...
Here is a document for checking the settings and printing from Windows Photo Viewer to try and see if you have the same results: Printing Photos.
Thanks!

Thank you for the link.
However, the printer now has Contnual Carriage Jams. See attached pic.
This printer has been very problematical from day one, and is now destined for the Bin. It's the last HP product I will purchase EVER.
