Product: HP Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The black ink prints the "Print Quality Diagnostic" report, but the rectangle does not print black. Other printing will not print any black ink. I have tried all of the alignments, etc. What is next?

- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- Did you make any changes to your printer?
