HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

My HP all-in-one printer hasn't had good quality printing ever since I got it. I haven't used it much.  But recently I've been needing to use it. I ran the head cleaning 4+times and still the color is very light. Printed black only on "Best" quality and it's very light. It shows I am not low on inks.

Hi@MKay98,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Ink cartridge issues with the HP DeskJet 2755 All-In-One Printer.

To resolve most print quality issues, use genuine HP cartridges, and in some cases, you might need to allow the printer to complete the automatic servicing routine. Check the paper and print settings to make sure that they are correct for the print job, and clean the cartridges and printhead.

Click this link should help with streaked or faded printouts, color or black ink not printing, documents with blurred or fuzzy text, ink streaks or smears, and other print quality problems.

Try to reset the printer and check if that solves the problem.

1. Turn on the printer and open the cartridge access door.
2. Remove both the black and color cartridges from the printer and close the door.
3. Disconnect the power cord at the back of the printer.
4. Wait for 30 seconds and connect the power cable back to the printer.
5. If the printer does not turn on automatically, press the power button to turn it on.
6. Install the cartridges.

Now, try to print and check of the issue is resolved.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
