I installed some new 910 inkjet ink and got defective cartridge messages. Printer wouldn't print. Went to staples, walmart and target for new ink and there is none to be found. Was told there was a 910 ink recall. Contacted HP and they sent me the blue and yellow ink replacements. Since then, I am having major print quality issues. I cleaned the printer heads and that worked temporarily. I think the old defective cartridges damaged my printer. Now when I log into HP it says my printer is out of warranty as of 12/10/20. So I've had this printer for one year, their defective cartridges damaged it and now it is out of warranty so i have to buy a new printer? This is unacceptable. Anyone experiencing a similar issue and have you found a workable solution?
