I have a HP Office Jet 4500 Wireless Printer. I was printing with no problems. Then I got the message: "Refer to device documentation to trouble shoot. I could not find any information. Then I got the message: "Print cartridge problem." I have done all the recommendations and continue to receive the same messages. Can anyone help please? I am using HP 901 ink cartridges.

I have tried using the old cartridges I took out, and also replaced with new cartridges, costing me close to $100.00. The black cartridge is the one giving me problems. So now, not only does my printerr not work, but I have opened new packages, and cannot take them back. In all honestly, this is a ridiculous. I cannot afford to waste any more money on new cartridges.
