Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

I need to get the HP warranty service for my printer, and I can’t reach warranty contact. My laser printer is having issue with the drum. Toner dust is sit on the drum, and it prints dirty spots, duplicate images, and lines. I’ve troubleshoot the printer by referring the online resources and HP guide, by the issue still persist. I manage to clean the toner dust on the drum, but it appears again on the drum after I print. I believe it was due to defect or design flaws because the drum doesn’t manage to clean the toner dust on the surface.
