Hi Elohi
i have done all of the above including updating OS firmware. When printing, there is no black print and color is very faded. I have done the HP cleaning steps multiple times. Anything else I should try before giving up and buying a new printer? This one is only one year old, but I went 9 months without using it. Both cartridges are new.
Thank you..
