I cannot print after I put in a new cartridge that is onn brand. I am assuming this is a Walmart product. Why would this not work.... I cannot return these as I have had them for several months. I can understand not using HP products, but isn't it my decision to use another brand with the exact same size that says it will fit into the size and brand of printer. Why do they make them if they can't be used in these printers..... Very disappointed....

Hi @JLK24,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you have an issue using non-HP ink cartridges on your printer.
Please refer to the below links for more information related to your issue.

If you are using generic or Non HP ink cartridges and the above links do not help. You will have to contact the generic ink cartridge manufacturer to assist you further with it as the chip used might not be compatible or you will have to use genuine HP ink cartridges to resume printing.
