Product: HP DeskJet 2600 All in one printer

Recently I was trying to print in color, and the option disappeared. I run a iPhone 13 and it had printed in color only twenty minuets earlier, I didn't do anything and have gone through all the steps to try and fix the problem but it won't work.  I have tried airprinting, and printing from the app, and even downloading what I wanted to print and tried it that way, yet it still didn't work. I have tried using other devices to print as well, but nothing seems to work. It can print in color, as I ran a diagnostic and it printed it out in color instead of black and white, and I changed the cartridge out, but nothing. Nothing seems to be working and I just want to print something in color.
