I ordered 4 things with this printer, including 1 Black cartridge & 1 Tri-color cartridge.  What's infuriating me is the lack of support for anything during the hours I work; after midnight until morning.  The phone number hangs up when you try to connect to an agent, and no more chat support after certain hours.  Corporations making us sing to their tune of working hours just sucks.

 

Anyway, my order came with the Tri-color cartridge missing.  Don't know if they forgot to send it or FedEx kept the package.  I wouldn't put anything past the delivery guy, because he was quite difficult about something else I ordered.  Either way, I need the cartridge because this printer comes with half-filled cartridges. What's up with the lack of support when it's convenient to your customers, HP?

Only 3 packages were sent to FedEx, so HP left the tri-color cartridge in fulfillment or something.

I finally got in touch with someone from HP who said the other cartridge was a separate shipment.  I tell you one thing; things are getting real confusing around HP.  I also had problems with printer paper and got a beat up box with a wide-open ream of laser printer paper. Just getting sloppy.  I got a refund, don't know if any of the 500 pages are missing.  No way am I going to count all that paper. Second one for this printer came separately as well, and the box was more professional with a closed ream of paper.

 

Sorry it took a while for me to get back to this; I'm preparing for an overdue vacation.
