Dear Sir or Madam:
How are you?
I am writing about my printer, specially ink cartridges.
I have kept receiving the numerous same messages since I replaced the depleted cartridges. (blue color)
I bought a new box from Staple and replaced it, but I got the sign the ink is missing or damaged.
So I refund it and bought another one from Staple.
I replaced the new one but I still receiving the same messages.
"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on it.
If problems persists, contact HP...." I tried many times but not helpful.
Would you please help me to solve this problems?
Then it would be great! Thank you for your time to read this letter.
regards,
Robin S. Kim

I followed your advice and removed the wire from the printer and the wall socket.
I waited two minutes.
During that time I read a note from HP stating that this procedure was out-moded.
Well. my printer is about that old so I guess that is why your suggestion WORKED!!!!!!!!!!
No kidding. It worked as advertised!
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
