Hi,
My printer seems to have automatically updated to the wrong region and is now reporting that the toners I've been using so far are incompatible.
Can you help me diagnose and fix this issue, thanks.

I’d like to inform you that a regional reset can only be performed if the printer has been moved from one geographical region to another (for example, from North America to Europe or Asia).
Could you please confirm whether you’ve recently moved to a different country or region with your printer? This will help us determine the next steps to resolve the issue.
