Microsoft Windows 11

I've used compatible cartridges from this firm for years, with no problem.  This time the printer has accepted the cyan and magenta cartridges but has blocked the yellow one as being 'non-HP.'  The others are also non-HP, so why the distinction?

This is really a question for the person supplying the cartridges. If some work and some don't, this would imply that they typically use HP compliant chips but in this case the yellow does not. Talk to your vendor.

Thank you, Repairatrooper.  The yellow does seem to be a slightly different design, which may account for the

problem.
