Hey can anyone help with these cartridge errors please? I’ve had the printer a week. Have the 6230e with 9 months free instant ink. New cartridges arrived almost immediately. I’ve put them in, printed 6 pages and now the colour cartridge is showing an error. Says it can’t communicate and therefore no ink will be sent. Tried resetting the printer, reinstalling the cartridge and im not impressed. Went through to virtual chat last night and they can’t help because it’s US and I’m UK. I see there’s a case email that’s been sent to me but no reply as yet.
can HP help here please?
