After a factory reset, my printer no longer recognizes my instant ink cartridges.

I have tried cancelling my instant ink plan to reinstate it, following the advice I saw on this forum here
But that did not work.

I have tried re-enrolling my printer, but because I can't print out the printer code without working cartridges, I can't seem to get past the enrollment page.

Furthermore, while the network connection is working, the printer connects to my HP Smart App and to my laptop, it is unable to connect on the instantink page, see screen shot below.
What do I do?

Fixed this problem. I had to go to the printer's home page and reactivte web services.

After that, cancelling and restarting instant kink seemed to work. Printer is recognizing the cartridges now.

The print quality is still terrible, but that's another issue LOL
