Hi, my printer doesn't print anything - I have tried from the computer, printing test pages, print quality test pages etc. The printer seems to think that it is printing because the printer head is moving and making noises as though it is printing, but no ink gets printed on the page - it is completely white.
The ink is about 50% full on both the colour and B&W cartridges.
I have tried running the cleaning tools, but they don't seem to have any impact.
Can anyone help please?

My print cartridges are genuine, and I have followed the steps you have suggested, but this doesn't work. My printer is out of warranty. I haven't used the printer many times so I am surprised that it no longer is working.
