Good day, we have received a note from the printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 8710), that the printer no longer support our cardriges (HP 954) anymore. Does it mean that we need other cardridges now? If yes, which one exactly? Or is this printer no longer usable anymore? Please let us know. Kind regards, Mamma Loes [personal information removed]

It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is indicating that it no longer supports the HP 954 cartridges. This could be due to various reasons such as changes in printer firmware or discontinuation of support for certain cartridge models.
To continue using your printer, you may need to switch to compatible cartridges that are supported by your printer
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
