HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have had this printer for 5 years, works well but when I swapped out ink cartridges the error message popped up I have done everything I can find to do but still nothing. I did the clean the ink No I use a no-name brand at half the cost, been using the same ones for years, no I am not in their ink program( don't like being monitored on how much I print), nothing different was done, just changed out the ink, I have done everything on HP site and nothing, can't reset to factory because the screen on the printer is stuck on the same message. This error pops up. Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on, If the problem persists, contact HP. But of course, can't talk to a human, I unplugged, uninstalled, replugged back in, and re-installed it. Nothing, So before this printer goes flying out my 2nd-floor window any others out there figured this out? Never buying HP anything ever again.
