I bought new ink cartridges for my HP Office jet 6700 printer and I keep getting an error saying "The Printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer, or is damaged." How do I fix this problem? I have also cleaned the printheads.

First, take out the print head, and then restart the printer to see what is displayed when there is no print head. If the display is the same as before, the printer is broken. If the display head is missing or please install the print head, the print head is broken (it is best to put the print head back in the second case, or if it doesn't work, you have to change the print head.
