Printer is only printing Cyan with all new cartridges

HP Recommended
HP Photojet 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Printer is only printing Cyan.  I have replaced all cartridges.  When I run print test page.  Only Blue shows up.  But when I print quality diagnostic, I can read everything in black including heading ' Print quality diagnostic'. The 4 rectangle colors all are filled with the correct color except black is all white.  I downloaded the latest updates and cleaned the printhead.   Printer shows all cartridges are full.  Any help with this is appreciated.

@entrack

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you able to copy in black?

Try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03955472

Let me know if this helps.

Hi Betty

No black doesn't print when I copy either.

I tried the steps you suggested including cleaning the print head.

I even bought printer cleaning solution but it didn't help.

It appears the print head is defective.
