While starting up my printer, it starts printing blank pages continuously for a few seconds. At the ending of that print out session, one of the paper is sticking within it.

Just power on of printer is causing this situation.

What to do please suggest!!!

You might have a corrupted print job stuck in the print spooler of your PC. First step to troubleshoot is to determine if this is a printer hardware issue or software issue. Disconnect any USB or Network cables from the printer and then restart. If the printer comes to ready without the same spew of paper then likely the issue is your computer not the printer. Check your drivers, clear the print spooler of any jobs and restart the computer and try again.
