Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is applying all kinds of dots and other things to page when it is printed.  I have replaced the black cartridge and cleaned the other print cartridges, however, this does not clear up the issue.  I have now ordered replacement cartridges for the yellow, cyan, and magenta cartridges.  I am hoping this will resolve the issue.  Am I missing something?  I also ran the clean mechanism using the printer directions.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Thank you for your assistance.  I really appreciate it and I have already ordered new HP cartridges from Amazon and they will be here tomorrow morning.  Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
