Product: M452nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a M452nw that has started showing the marks down the page. If we are printing text it shows text in the spots. Would this be an issue with the transfer belt? Any help is appreciated Thank you

HP Recommended

That is a defective fuser roller. To be sure measure distance between 2 marks if the distance is 57 mm then the fuser needs to be replaced. Not a cheap fix.
