Product: HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer - C410a

Printer no longer works. We had little trouble until recently. But suddenly, using ink we used last week, we get an error about ink cartridges. The cartridges are pretty new and have plenty of life left in them.

HP Recommended

Does HP even provide support to their customers? There does not appear to be any way to contact them directly to get help. I have consistently bought computers from HP for my entire family over the past 10 years. If this is the support experience, I will buy from another company instead.
