Hello!

 

My husband and I both have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. Both our printers stopped printing out blue (cyan) ink. Any images that required blue ink, would come out either yellow or pink. We've tried all the recommended troubleshooting suggestions (i.e. align and clean printer heads, updates, unplugging to power reset) and even replaced the blue cartridge with multiple new HP cartridges and none of those things resolved the issue. We are still experiencing the issue. We are a custom home builder needing the blue for signatures on contracts and checks and to print our logo on letterhead and stationary. Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you resolve it?Our printers are no longer under warranty. Thank you!
