I recently bought a second-hand HP ENVY 6000 All-in-one series from facebook marketplace, and I'm having trouble getting it to print. Initial set-up was fine, I made an account with HP and all seemed well. When I tried to align the printer it just spat out a blank page. According to HP Smart app there's enough ink in the cartridges to be able to print. I've tried trouble-shooting by cleaning the printhead and cleaning smudges, however, the printer is still producing nothing. Seeing as I bought the printer second-hand the warranty has unfortunately expired. Thus, I have a few questions:

1. What else can I do to try and get the printer to work??

2. My printer is identified on the app as a HP Envy 6000 however on the box it came in and on the front of the printer it says HP ENVY 6032. Why is this.

3. What kind of ink cartridges do I need for this printer if it's saying HP Envy 6000 on the app but HP Envy 6032 on the printer?? When I went to search for what ink the envy 6000 needs, the HP website says 3YM56AN but I can't find this product anywhere, only 3YM56AA would pop up. Are these the same? I don't want to sign up to the instant ink program because I'm a uni student and can't afford it (hence buying this printer secondhand).

Hi @Milliek3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that does not print.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- Remove the ink cartridges and share the image of all the ink cartridges that are installed with the expiry date clearly visible.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
