I loaded a new hp 62 tri-color ink cartridge into my printer and it is not printing the cyan (blue color). I cleaned printheads for 3 rounds, and tried alignment but that failed because it cannot see blue ink on alignment page (since it didn’t print out). I put the old ink cartridge back in (it had a little ink left) and it DID print the cyan blue color?!? Help!!

This is unfortunately a case of a defective ink cartridge.
You could either return/replace it to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
