  1. Product Name/Model: What is the model name or number of your printer?
  2. Connection Type: How is your printer connected to your computer (USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)?
  3. Operating System: What operating system is your computer using (e.g., Windows, macOS)?
  4. Additional Details: Has there been any recent software update or installation that might have affected the printer?
