HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer - C310a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Photosmart printer C310a isn't printing correcting.  The text won't print.  I tried online support and got a message saying the warranty is expired.  I tried to download more recent software and it wouldn't download.  I got an error message 0X80004005 -  parsing error.  It is an older printer, I've had it for a few  years now.  I'm wondering what my options are.

I see that you are facing issues with your printer. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Thank you for your help.  I will look through the information you posted.  This started a little over a week ago, and the printer was working fine before then.   I changed the ink cartridges not long ago so I don't believe the cartridges need to be changed.  I thought the software might need to be updated and tried to do this but the software wouldn't download.  I will check the solutions you posted and get back to you.

 

It is an older printer, so I was wondering if that could be an issue.  I will see what happens.
