Product: Photosmart plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have an HP Photosmart Plus all in one printer. It hasn't been used in awhile but worked great before we stopped using it. We bought new ink, got it hooked up wirelessly, but nothing would come out on paper. I ran the clean print head, allignment functions. It prints on the test sheets but when I try to print off kids homework or copy a page it prints very light or nothing at all. I took print head out to clean it like some instructions said & it printed lightly before the weekend. Now after the weekend it is not printing again. Any help would be appreciated.
