I have an HP Office jet model 8020 and use replacement 915 cartridges purchased from local seller of all types of cartridges.
I have just replaced the black cartridge with a new one and the printer produced pages where some lines of print were unreadable and then started to produce pages where the printer was working but no print appeared on the pages.
I followed the online help program, cleaned connections on all of cartridges and replaced the black cartridge with a new one. The problem of no print appearing on the pages continues!!
Solutions would be appreciated
